Positive: Löwen Chalets truly exceeded my expectations. The chalet was incredibly cozy, with spacious rooms that are beautifully designed in a style that perfectly fits the mountain atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtful and elegant. The chalet was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen and cooking essentials to cleaning supplies, and even a sparkling water machine, which was such a lovely touch. The balcony was absolutely impressive, offering stunning views of the mountains and sky. Having a heater on the balcony roof meant we could comfortably enjoy the outdoors even in the cold weather, and the sun chairs made it even more perfect for relaxing. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the underfloor heating (as is common in Austria) kept the chalet wonderfully warm—ideal for a winter stay. The location is excellent as well: very central, close to grocery stores and ski areas, making everything easily accessible. A special thank you to Fabian for the warm welcome and the helpful service even after our stay—it truly made the experience more memorable and personal. The chalet itself felt luxurious, and the private sauna added an extra level of comfort and indulgence. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, cozy mountain escape. I would definitely love to come back again. ❄️🏔️✨
